PAINTING

This is the first of 3 cycles of works in this project.

Cycle 1 paintings are all 22x30”.
In the exhibition context, the paintings are presented as a grid, dependent on the available space. They are mounted 1” apart on every side, and 1” away from the wall, supported by magnets.
Cycle 3 paintings contain a great deal of technical detail, some of which is expemplified in the imagery below. The first row of 4 images includes 3 detail shots showing the ways that the various inks and paints hve been used to create effects. Many of the paintings use iridescent colors, so there are examples of the image’s difference when seen from different positions.
